Pasta:
Choice of Penne Rigate or Cavatelli
Other Pastas Available Upon Request

With the following sauces:
Alfredo - Cream and Parmigiana reggiano cheese
Allesandra - Sauteed mushrooms, baby spinach, Italian sausage, in a tomato cream sauce
Amatriciana - Onions, pancetta, tomatoes, and a touch of crushed red pepper
Arrabiata - Fiery "Angry" sauce, crushed red pepper, and diced chili peppers
Fra Diavolo - Spicy tomato sauce
Marinara - Traditional tomato and basil sauce
Meat - Classic Bolognese with ground beef
Primavera - Fresh vegetables sautéed and finished with a light cream sauce
Puttanesca - Tomatoes, capers, anchovies, and crushed red pepper
Vodka - Prosciutto, tomatoes, and a hint of cream

You may also choose some of the following Italian specialties:
Baked Ziti - With ricotta, mozzarella, tomato sauce, with or without meat
Eggplant Parmigiana - Our own lightly battered eggplant and our marinara sauce
Lasagna - Classic preparation layered with sausage and ground beef
Manicotti - Pasta rolled with a creamy ricotta filling
Penne with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage (also available without sausage)
Stuffed Shells, Tortellini, Ravioli
Vegetable Lasagna - Layered with spinach, eggplant, squash, and seasonal vegetables

Chicken:
(all boneless breasts unless otherwise noted, some can be prepared with veal)
Barbecue - Chicken pieces grilled with a smoky, southern style barbecue sauce
Cacciatore - Chicken pieces simmered with mushrooms, peppers, and tomato sauce
Cajun Blackened - *SPICY* Creole style - abundant flavors and a bit of cayenne pepper
Chicken & Mushrooms - Juicy boneless meat in a rich seasoned broth with mushrooms
Chicken Zingara - Hot Peppers, Sausage, Potatoes, Onions, Sweet Peppers, Mushrooms
Cutlets - Home style breading served plain or with lemon slices
Florentine - Light egg batter served atop sautéed spinach with a hint of garlic
Francese - Lightly egg battered and topped with lemon, butter, and white wine sauce
Herb Marinated - Grilled and marinated in white wine, olive oil, rosemary, basil, oregano
Jamaican Jerk - *SPICY* Grilled and full of flavor, allspice, rum, cinnamon, brown sugar and habanero peppers, (not for everyone)
Marsala - Browned and finished with a mushroom brown sauce
Parmigiana - Breaded, fried, topped with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella
Piccata - Browned and served with capers and a light lemon sauce
Saltimbocca - Prosciutto, sage, melted mozzarella, and white wine sauce

Roulade - Boneless turkey breast butterflied and filled with a mushroom and sausage stuffing

Barbecue Baby Back Ribs - slow roasted, tender and juicy with a smoky southern sauce
Herb roasted pork loin - Slow roasted with rosemary and herbs, finished traditional pan gravy
Orange Glazed Ham - Slow roasted ham studded with cloves and finished with a brown sugar glaze
Porchetta - Italian style pork shoulder with garlic and herbs
Pork Tenderloin Mezzaluna - Slow roasted juicy pork with a madeira wine sauce of roasted peppers, baby spinach
Southern style pulled pork - smoky shredded pork with bbq spices and a flavorful homemade BBQ sauce
Stuffed pork loin with traditional herb and bread stuffing
