Chef Lou Mastropetre
Driven by a strong desire to acquire knowledge and skills, Chef and
Owner Lou Mastropetre has refined his culinary techniques over the last
14 years in area restaurants. Excelling in his visual arts, he followed
his years in school by serving as Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and
Catering Manager at fine banquet facilities in the Wallingford area.
Focused on utilizing only the highest quality ingredients, Chef
Mastropetre has created a full-flavored menu featuring recognizable,
crowd favorites.

best it can be."

Sandra Mastropetre
As Director of Marketing and Events, Sandra Mastropetre has over six
years of experience in corporate marketing and event planning. After her
studies at Quinnipiac University, Sandra pursued marketing positions in
Fairfield and New Haven counties. Upon leaving that industry in 2003,
she teamed up with her husband to begin 601 Deli and Catering.
